Brilliant! Jenette and her team booked 35 seats for the GB U18s Dragonboat team to travel to Canada for the World Championships this month. The airline were difficult to deal with and members of the team had individual needs. However, Jenette was professional, knowledgeable and friendly throughout, not to mention extremely patient!
