Excellent customer service experience

We can highly recommend this very competent, very experienced and friendly Travel Agent who helped us arrange a special holiday in St Lucia in January. We took advantage of an advertisement on Facebook and Gill ensured at every step that our requirements were met. We were really impressed that all 3 ladies there that day, had recent personal experience of St Lucia and made the decision on hotel choice easy. Jenette really does have a very good professional team and when we had one or two subsequent queries before flying out, Jenette, Gill and Lisa were so helpful and efficient. Nothing was too much trouble and they took genuine care to ensure we had everything we needed. An excellent customer service experience all round and we feel happy to recommend Travel Options with complete confidence.
